How do I join my class?
Download Zoom (Client for Meetings) to access your class on a computer, tablet or smartphone. No account or profile needed!

Once enrolled, you will receive a Meeting ID and a link to join the class to your provided email address.

  • Amazing Athletes @HOME

    • Fully interactive 30 -45 minute virtual class, once a week through Zoom
    • Children can see their teammates and work directly with their coach through screen sharing
    • Lessons are designed to play in small spaces – a 5x5ft area is all you need
    • No equipment needed! Coaches suggest items to use that are easily found around the house
    • Small group setting up to 15 kids
    • Ability to ask your coach questions, get individual tips, and have one-on-one attention
    • Assigned activity to keep the fun going after class, like word searches, mazes, and beat-the-coach challenges

  • Live Stream

    • Stream live content from anywhere in the country
    • Live sessions will be available 7-days a week, 8 AM – 8 PM ET
    • Lessons are designed to play in small spaces – a 5x5ft area is all you need
    • No equipment needed! Coaches suggest items to use that are easily found around the house
    • Follow along with coaches as they lead a fun and engaging, interactive 20 minute session
    • Each session is age-specific, with daily themes and early childhood learning concepts
    • Access to all archived videos, available to watch at your convenience
