Who We Are:

Amazing Athletes is a mobile sports and fitness company. We are a group of rockstar preschool teachers that travel to different preschools in the San Diego County areas. We teach a year-round educational sports program that helps children develop 7 key areas of motor development through the introduction of 10 different sports’ fundamentals. Our mobile programs use age-appropriate equipment and a carefully crafted curriculum endorsed by an early childhood expert.

What We’re Looking For:

We are currently seeking a qualified preschool teacher who is reliable, self motivated, energetic, and loves teaching children.

Job Responsibilities:

Qualified preschool teachers will teach a sports and fitness program to children 2 to 6 years at various preschools in the San Diego County areas. Teachers are provided with curriculum, equipment and lots of training on how to run the program at every location.

Qualifications:

This permanent part-time position REQUIRES a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units, your own reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

12 Required Early Childhood Units Include-

3 units- Child Growth and Development

3 units- Child, Family Community

3 units- Health, Safety and Nutrition   OR   Infant/Toddler

3 units- Curriculum  (Examples: Music and movement, Art in Early Childhood, Literacy in Early Childhood, Early Childhood Curriculum, etc.)

Perks of the job:

-Great Pay. Averages $20/hour (motivated individuals have the opportunity to make much more)

-Can pick your own schedule. At most locations we teach AM classes (9:30-11:00 AM) and PM classes (2:30-4:30 PM).

-Qualified Preschool teachers get to take their expertise outside of the classroom. Classes are fun and playful. It is a very rewarding job as all the children thrive.
